What is required to sign-up for the first time?

Answer:

You need to have access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address. You also need to have your current paper bill. We will ask for the account number and the password that you will use. Then, continue to follow the sign-up instructions on the screen to complete your enrollment.


Question:

What is the cost of the eBilling Service?

Answer:

HTC is currently providing the eBilling Service at no additional cost to our customers.


Question:

I have a business with multiple lines on one account. Can I view bills for all my lines?

Answer:

As long as your telephone numbers are associated with one account number, you will have the ability to view the activity of each line on a monthly basis.


Question:

Can I unsubscribe from the eBilling Service program at any time?

Answer:

Yes. Just call us at (618) 939-6112 to unsubscribe.


Question:

On the account details screen, there is a Quantity/Base Amt. column. What do these numbers mean?

Answer:

When viewing the account details under the My Service section, the Quantity/Base Amt is the total amount for that specific charge Description. If there are multiple quantities under that specific charge Description, this will be the total billed amount in the Charge column. For the Taxes and Surcharges, the Quantity/Base Amt is the total applicable charges for this specific billing cycle. The total taxes in the Charge column is the calculation based on the total applicable charges in the Quantity/Base Amt.

What is ACH?

Answer:

ACH is the Automated Clearing House network and is a process to electronically transfer funds between financial institutions.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Answer:

Yes. We accept, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.


Question:

Is there a charge for either payment option?

Answer:

HTC currently offers this service to you without any charges, but we recommend that you contact your bank to find out if they will charge a fee for this service.


Question:

Is there a charge for returned payments?

Answer:

Yes. HTC will reverse your payment if the transaction is returned by your bank for any reason. HTC will charge your account a fee.


Question:

What if I forget my password?

Answer:

Just fill out the Forgot Password form and submit. You will receive your password by e-mail.


Question:

How will I be notified when my bill becomes available for viewing and payment online?

Answer:

You will receive an e-mail notification that a new bill is available for viewing and payment.


Question:

Will I continue to receive my paper bill in the mail?

Answer:

Yes, you will continue to receive a paper bill.


Question:

After clicking the submit key when making a payment, can I cancel the transaction if it is scheduled to occur on that same day?

Answer:

No. The transaction cannot be cancelled online. Please call us at 618-939-6112.

When will my account reflect my payment?

Answer:

Usually your account will be updated with your payment on the next business day.
